Based on the optimism about this year’s solar thermal power industry environment, investment communities’ attention to the market of China is heating up. Under the beneficial industry background, 2014 World Solar Thermal Power Innovation Summit on Oct.30th in Shanghai, China was held by K&L exhibitions, co-organized by UMECHINA, Geo-show.com Inc., and fully supported by Protermosolar, ESTELA Distributed Energy Industry Union in China, IGEA,CECC(Chinese Environment Chamber of Commerce),etc. Over 150 people from domestic and overseas industry institutions and leading enterprises attended the Summit. They shared opinions about market’s hot topics and exchanged views to search for opportunities for further investment and development.

The theme of the Summit was “global convergence of innovative technologies, boost China solar thermal industry commercialization”. The Summit carried out in-depth discussions about topics such as the progress and expectation for global solar thermal power industry, opportunity-seeking in Indian solar thermal market, commercialization of China’s solar thermal power industry, cost reduction of solar thermal power, utilization of core technology in promoting the upgrading of manufacturing industry and so on.
